How to register to take a test at our center?

• A - Read the registration procedures and policies
• B- Fill in and sign this registration form and e-mail it to afd@afdetroit.org.
• C- Confirm your spot and registration with payment
  • Check the dates and pay online (this link brings you to the list of exam dates and lets you know if some are full)

Once your registration has been validated, we will send you an invitation by email one week prior to the test session. Bring this convocation/invitation on the day of the exam with your ID.

 Please note! If you have not received your invitation one week before the exam, remember to check the “Spam” folder in your inbox.

Examination procedure will be in accordance with Michigan government recommendations for covid-19. Exam Center may change or cancel exam date in case of increasing risks. Please read our safety measures.
