How to register to take a test at our center?

• A - Read the registration procedures and policies
• B-Confirm your spot and registration by paying for the exam (sending only the form will not book you a spot!)
• Check the dates and pay online (this link brings you to the list of exam dates and lets you know if some are full)

• C- Fill in completely and sign this registration form and e-mail it to afd@afdetroit.org after checking the date is indeed available and making the payment. For candidates born in France please make sure to also indicate your "commune de naissance" on the form along with the birth date, it's mandatory.
• FYI: you must have at least 30 days between two tests if you are retaking the exam

Once your registration has been validated, we will send you an invitation by email one week prior to the test session. Bring this convocation/invitation on the day of the exam with your ID (passport, driver's license).

Examination procedure will be in accordance with Michigan government recommendations for covid-19. Exam Center may change or cancel exam date in case of increasing risks. Please read our safety measures.
